1.Q: What specifications (thickness, size) do your extruded acrylic sheets have? Do you support customizing specifications?

A: The thickness of our sheets is 3.5-5mm, and the maximum width can reach 3.9m. Any width within this range can be cut and customized.

2.Q: What color options do you have? Do you support custom colors?

A: We offer a wide range of colors, including: Alloy White, Alloy Cloud Grey,Pearl White, Pearlescent Black Cloud, Sunset Cloudscape, Deep Grey, BMW Liquid Gold, BMW Liquid Silver, Crystal Brown, etc. Custom colors are also supported.

3.Q: Has the product passed international quality certifications? Can you provide inspection reports?

A: We hold ISO,  and SGS certificates, and can provide inspection reports.

4.Q: How do you ensure consistent quality across each batch of products? Do you support sample testing?

A: Our products undergo strict quality control in the factory, and defective products that fail inspection are rejected. We also support sample testing.

5.Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? How is the price calculated for different order quantities?

A: MOQ: 300kg. For custom colors not in our factory's range, MOQ is 2 tons.

6.Q: What's the cost of samples? Can the sample fee be refunded after placing an order?

A: Please let us know how many samples you need. Samples are not provided for free, but the fee will be refunded after you place an order. (Free samples may be available for sufficiently large orders, and we will inform you after internal discussion.)

7.Q: What is the production lead time? Will delivery be delayed during peak seasons?

A: The shipping cycle is 15-30 days. If there are any special circumstances, we will inform you in advance to facilitate coordination.

8.Q: What payment methods do you support (such as T/T, L/C, Western Union, etc.)? Do you accept the mode of deposit + balance?

A: We support T/T 30% in advance and the balance.

9.Q: What are the specific materials and formulas of the sheets?

A: We offer cast acrylic and extruded acrylic. Cast acrylic is pure acrylic (PMMA); extruded acrylic is made of ABS and acrylic.

10.Q: What is the thermoforming performance of the sheets?

Specific questions: Recommended forming temperature range? Heating time? Forming pressure? Cooling rate? Rebound resilience? Deep drawing ratio limit?

A: Keep furnace temperature below 200℃; optimal board surface temperature: 170-180℃. (Note: Over 200℃ may cause surface paper to blister)

Bake for 240-330 seconds (adjust based on board flexibility, furnace heating speed and sealing). After reaching constant temperature, keep it for at least 150 seconds before taking out to form.

After heating, vacuum forming speed should be stable, let the sheet descend evenly to the mold. Keep sheet temperature at 140-160°C during forming.

Demolding : keep sheet temperature at 45-55°C.

11.Q: Standard packaging method? Quantity/weight per package? How is the packaging protection?

Reason for asking: Affects transportation costs and protection of the boards during transit.

A: Fumigated wooden pallets or iron box packaging. Customers can inspect goods during container loading. No damage when loaded into containers.

12.Q: Do you have successful cooperation cases with other internationally renowned bathtub brands?

A: We have cooperated with Kohler, WELLIS MAGYARORSZAG ZRT, UAB MOJODAS, etc.

13.Q: What advantages do you have?

A: Using our sheets can save you a lot of costs.

Our extruded boards can be made in any size, with a 99.99% success rate in secondary processing via thermal blister forming. They have stronger tensile force than traditional acrylic, ensuring more precise blistering.

Our cast boards feature vivid and rich textures, offer more color options, and have greater production flexibility.
